Return Policy

We’re confident you’ll love your chair—but if for any reason you don’t, we offer a hassle-free return policy, unless otherwise noted. We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund once the chair is received and inspected.

Return Requirements:

  • Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Chairs must be returned in original condition and packaging. Please DO NOT discard original box within the return period.

  • Items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the return label.

  • Returns are subject to a $100 restocking fee. 

  • This return policy is void if the chair or any parts are shipped outside of the United States.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our chairs. Every chair comes with a 30-day warranty that covers any functional issues under normal use. If something isn’t working as it should, we’ll review the issue and, if needed, send you replacement parts — no need to send the chair back.

Please note:

  • This warranty doesn’t cover labor, tools, or repairs.

  • It only applies to the original owner in the U.S.

  • Accidental, modification, or normal wear and tear will void this warranty.

  • Coverage is limited to the chair itself — does not cover damages or inconvenience.

  • Chair usage must be within the manufacturer’s weight limits (chair specific)
