Return Policy

We’re confident you’ll love your chair—but if for any reason you don’t, we offer a hassle-free return policy on all chairs (unless otherwise noted on the product page). We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund once the chair is received and inspected.

Return Requirements:

  • Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Chairs must be returned in original condition and packaging. Please keep the box until you're sure you’ll be keeping the chair.

  • Items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the return label.

  • Returns are subject to a $100 restocking fee. 

  • This return policy is void if the chair or any parts are shipped outside of the United States.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our chairs. Every chair comes with a 30-day warranty that covers any functional issues under normal use. If something isn’t working as it should, we’ll review the issue and, if needed, send you replacement parts — no need to send the chair back.

Please note:

  • This warranty doesn’t cover labor, tools, or repairs.

  • It only applies to the original owner in the U.S.

  • It’s void in cases of misuse, abuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.

  • Coverage is limited to the chair itself — not any damages or inconveniences caused by a defect.

  • Use must be within the manufacturer’s weight limits
